You can sharpen key cutter blades which are used to cut duplicate keys. This is an excellent business. The prices you get to sharpen these cutters range from $9.00 to $27.00 for steel, and up to $75.00 for carbide cutters. This machine only takes space of 13" by 15". Comes complete with a 2" Borzon grinding wheel, training video, plus written instructions with thorough diagrams, and machine light.
