Thorvie planer knife grinding fixture is manufactured to grind straightness & Flatness within .0005″ per inch. Quick set up, with no guesswork and no chatter. Flat grind carbide jointer, planer and chipper knives up to 24″ in length or hollow grind HSS jointer and planer knives. Grinds knives to the exact same height.
Price includes: 5″ 60 grit, white aluminum oxide cup wheel, written instructions and customer service.

The 20″ knife fixture is included in the AV-40 start up or complete packages. With AV-40 packages, you can upgrade into our 24″ long knife fixture. If you wish to upgrade your AV-40 package to the 24″ knife grinding fixture, please choose the knife fixture upgrade 24″ length.
