Description
Router bit sharpening fixture grinds all types of carbide and steel router bits. It will take less than 1/2 the time to sharpen these bits than it does with a tool and cutter grinder, plus you’ll have the same quality sharpening job. Sharpen both straight and angle fluted bits. This fixture also sharpens forstner bits.
Fixture Includes:
- tool fixture.
- 4″ diamond grinding wheel for carbide bits.
- 2″ aluminum oxide grinding wheel HSS bits.
- Written instructions and customer service.
Router bit fixture is included in the AV-40 start up or complete packages.

Called to order this on Wednesday and expressed needing it for the weekend. Rick was more than helpful by getting it into the mail that day for me.
As for the product, it is extremely easy to operate, takes only a few minutes to set it up and does an amazing job on bits! It even comes with a 4″ diamond wheel which surprised me. I was up and able to sharpen router bits within about 10 minutes of receiving the package.
